Waldy’s Pizza
Used to be that my favorite pizza was Vezzo’s but not any more. A lot cheaper and a lot more delicious is Waldy’s on 6th Avenue and 27th Street. Hopefully they don’t get too big, have too many stores, and lose it.

Dad,
I’m not sure if you’re anywhere near,

We’re a i-phone family, the Dean girls,
With not one, but two of those cell phone pearls.
Deb is selling houses so fast,
Isabel’s gone to college at last.
Mom still has Korbel on a farm,
But she’d really like another barn.
And me, not much changed since last time,
Another day, another dime.
Except for the fact that I am envious Dad,
Of all the great father’s days we once had.
I would really like to be spending this one too.
Not a day goes by that I don’t think of you.
Whether I working or writing, or just at home.
